7:27 AM it started with a misunderstanding and ended with a misunderstanding. a couple of weeks before NUS Openhouse, I e-mailed publicity head asked her if we do need to go down during the openhouse to attend any booth. The publicity head forwarded my mail to the president and he misunderstood that I wanted to volunteer for the event. So, he forwarded the mail to the person in charge and arranged a time slot for me. at that time of time, I was like stunned and shocked but I took time slot 9am to 12pm anyway. however, a few days before the openhouse I still had not heard any confirmation news from them. furthermore, my fren who was in the openhouse with me, sae that she had already received the name list and my name was not in the list. so I was thinking they might decided not to included and did not double check with them. this morning 938am, i received a call from the person in charge asking if i was coming. i told her i didn received any confirmation email and my fren who was in the openhouse too, told me tt my name was not in the list. then she sae that she did sent the email and asked if i could come down now. i sae now? oh no! then she sae nvm and hang up. =( IT TURNED OUT THAT EVERYTHING IS A MISUNDERSTANDING! She did sent me an e-mail on Thurs 2+am and I didnt check my email on friday and friday only! Also, my booth is totally different from my friend's! my booth is selling food to raise fund for Freshman Orientation Camp while my fren is in the MPSH answering queries! This explained why my name is not in the list! What should I do? Leaving such a bad impression on people. =( Ended with a misunderstanind. Haix. 7:58 PM there is a large gap between what i perceive the world to be and what it really is. again and again.. they let me understand the reality of life.. but i struggle to accept it.. why must we intern at the Big 4? why must you look down at small business? why arent ppl contented at small achievements? why must we compete? i am born in the wrong century.  the book shelves are not straight! 11:56 PM i hav never hate exams so much before.. i realli hate exams in uni.. i wonder why.. these modules seemed easy yet difficult.. seemed difficult yet easy.. maybe because all lecturers and tutors will have those 'you should know this' and think tt we have time to 'read thru ur textbook' tt kind of attitudes.. we spent several weeks to cover binomial and poisson but the lecturer juz finished it in 1hr 45mins.. *sleeping is the best way to escape from reality. let me slp.

7:36 PM as each second passes, everyone in this world changes.. everyone change alot, dun u think so? i hope is for the best.. =) i screwed up my presentation abit.. =S but i made everyone laughed when i accidently sae fifteen thousands thousand ($15,000,000) sorry! =P haha.. sunday went to a place recommeneded by kewei after accompanyin kah hwee for lunch.. she was super irrtiated tt dear keep takin photo.. too bad, i bought him tt camera.. haha.. tt camera is shock proof but nt kah hwee proof.. haha.. the place tt kewei recommended was extremely nice! but it was a LOOOOONG walk in! someone piggyback me for soem distance anyway.. haha.. the place was nice! it is called keppel bay bridge.. wif extremely nice view! there are also many yachts over there and even the water there is blue in colour! have u ever seen a blue sea before in singapore? haha.. this is wat we called shi wai tao yuan! but next time if u wanna to go, had a meal before u go, prepare to walk or drive it.. drive it better.. haha..  dear rent a car for vday! haha.. |
