it started with a misunderstanding and ended with a misunderstanding.

a couple of weeks before NUS Openhouse, I e-mailed publicity head asked her if we do need to go down during the openhouse to attend any booth. The publicity head forwarded my mail to the president and he misunderstood that I wanted to volunteer for the event. So, he forwarded the mail to the person in charge and arranged a time slot for me. at that time of time, I was like stunned and shocked but I took time slot 9am to 12pm anyway.

however, a few days before the openhouse I still had not heard any confirmation news from them. furthermore, my fren who was in the openhouse with me, sae that she had already received the name list and my name was not in the list. so I was thinking they might decided not to included and did not double check with them.

this morning 938am, i received a call from the person in charge asking if i was coming. i told her i didn received any confirmation email and my fren who was in the openhouse too, told me tt my name was not in the list. then she sae that she did sent the email and asked if i could come down now. i sae now? oh no! then she sae nvm and hang up. =(

IT TURNED OUT THAT EVERYTHING IS A MISUNDERSTANDING!

She did sent me an e-mail on Thurs 2+am and I didnt check my email on friday and friday only!
Also, my booth is totally different from my friend's! my booth is selling food to raise fund for Freshman Orientation Camp while my fren is in the MPSH answering queries! This explained why my name is not in the list!

What should I do? Leaving such a bad impression on people. =(

One more fact: My circle of friends is shrinking. haha. Be my Friends!
